MASTERPAK installs another flexo printing press

In order to meet the growing demand for flexible packaging, MASTERPAK has lately installed another technologically-advanced flexographic printing press. The two modern printing presses print up to 8-color and have a web width of 1,440 mm and 1,270 mm respectively. They handle PE and PP films, paper and foil-based laminates and produce top quality results with accurate registration at high output speeds. “We can reproduce the most intricate design work involving solid areas, fine line and screen in perfect register,” plant manager Maroun Aoun enthuses. “This investment will definitely translate into higher flexibility, faster response, superior quality print and of course development of new markets”, Aoun adds. “ From the production of a wide-variety of quality consistent substrates to the excellence of the print to our ability to deliver on our promises, our customers invest their trust in MASTERPAK every time they place an order “, Aoun expands.
